Re: Contract Award Notice
This is notice that we, St. Paul School District 45, intend to award to Klosh Group Inc. of Portland, Oregon the contract for construction management services particular to the Bond/OSCIM Grant district projects pursuant to our terms laid out in our November 20, 2023, request for proposals. The firm had the highest average score of the proposals submitted and was deemed the best fit for St. Paul by the selection committee.
