For Sale: Commercial Three-Door Freezers
Thanks to our recent kitchen remodel, we now have two surplus three-door freezers available for sale. Before sending them to a consignment location, the district would like to offer them to the community.
Each freezer is being sold individually through a closed bid process, as required by Oregon law for the sale of surplus public property.
How to Submit a Bid:
If you are interested in bidding on one or both of the freezers, please submit a sealed bid that includes:
Your name
Contact information
Which freezer you are bidding on
Your bid amount
Important Dates:
Bid Opening: Bids will be reviewed by the Superintendent on August 22, 2025, at 3:30 PM.
Notification: If the highest bid exceeds the confidential reserve price, the winning bidder will be notified on Monday, August 25, 2025.
Pickup Deadline: Freezers must be picked up and removed by Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at 4:00 PM. Buyers are responsible for removal and transportation.
